By using Jujube ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What Jujube Does

Jujube is a kitchen inventory and recipe discovery app. It helps you keep track of what's in your kitchen, find recipes based on what you already have, and manage your shopping list.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Jujube.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

3. AI-Generated Content

Recipe suggestions are generated by AI and offered for inspiration. We can't guarantee:

• The nutritional accuracy of suggested recipes
• Allergen information — always double-check ingredients if you have allergies
• Cooking times and temperatures — use your own judgment

4. Household Sharing

When you share a household with others, they can view and edit shared data like pantry items and shopping lists. You're responsible for who you share your household invite code with.

5. Acceptable Use

Please don't use Jujube to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Try to access other users' data
• Abuse the AI features or API
• Reverse engineer the app

6. Availability

We work hard to keep Jujube available, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jujube is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to food safety issues, allergic reactions, or data loss.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the new terms.

9. Subscriptions & Payments

Jujube offers an optional Pro subscription (monthly or annual, purchased in-app). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's account settings — for iOS, Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; for Android, Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase; an introductory or promotional price offered at signup applies for the stated period and does not guarantee that price for future renewals unless explicitly stated.
